Cooling-Off Period

A full refund is available if you cancel in writing within 7 days of purchase and before any coaching session has been used.
Cancellations Before Coaching Begins

If you cancel after the 7-day cooling-off period but before the first session, you are eligible for a full refund of the unused package, with no cancellation fee, please talk with your Coach to discuss.
Cancellations After Coaching Has Commenced

If you cancel after sessions have begun, a pro-rata refund will be issued for unused sessions.

No refunds are available once the coaching program has been completed.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances

In the case of medical emergencies or serious personal circumstances, a full or partial refund may be considered at the coach’s discretion. Supporting documentation (e.g. medical certificate) may be requested.

Where appropriate, we may offer a credit for future services instead of a refund.

Substitute participants may be accepted for group programs or packages, with prior approval.
Digital Products & Online Courses

Refunds for digital products (including online programs, downloads, or resources) are not generally offered once accessed or downloaded, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

How to Request a Refund
